Refund Policy of NEW PRERNA COMPUTER EDUCATION & TRAINING CENTER

At NEW PRERNA COMPUTER EDUCATION & TRAINING CENTER, we are committed to providing quality education and training to our students. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that students understand their rights and options regarding refunds for courses and services. Please read the following policy carefully to understand the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1 Course Cancellations by NEW PRERNA
If a course is canceled by NEW PRERNA COMPUTER EDUCATION & TRAINING CENTER for any reason (e.g., insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances), students will be eligible for a full refund of the course fees paid. In such cases, students will be notified promptly, and alternative options, such as transferring to another course, may be offered.

1.2 Withdrawal by the Student
Students may request a refund if they decide to withdraw from a course. The eligibility and amount of refund will depend on when the withdrawal request is made relative to the course start date.

2. Refund Process and Timeline

2.1 Refund Request
To request a refund, students must submit a formal request in writing, either via email or by filling out the refund request form on our website. The request should include the following details:

  • Student’s full name
  • Course name and start date
  • Reason for withdrawal or refund request
  • Proof of payment

The request must be submitted to the administrative office within the specified refund window (see below).

2.2 Refund Window
The following timelines apply for refund eligibility:

  • Full Refund: Students are eligible for a full refund if they request withdrawal or cancellation at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Partial Refund: If the student withdraws within the first 7 days of the course, they will receive a partial refund. The amount refunded will depend on the course duration, and administrative fees may be deducted.
  • No Refund: Once the course has started and more than 7 days have passed, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions may apply for special circumstances, and these will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Processing Time
Refunds will typically be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used during enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

3.1 Non-Refundable Charges
Certain fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. These include:

  • Registration fees
  • Course materials or software purchased for the student’s use
  • Any third-party fees (e.g., exam fees, certification fees, or external services)

These charges are clearly stated during the enrollment process and are non-negotiable.

3.2 Specialized or Customized Courses
In the case of specialized or customized training programs, the refund policy may differ. If the course content is tailored to the specific needs of a student or organization, refunds may not be applicable once the course has been agreed upon and initiated. Students will be informed of these terms before enrolling.

4. Refunds for Online Courses

4.1 Access to Online Courses
For students enrolled in online courses, a full or partial refund will be granted based on the same refund window as in-person courses, provided the student has not accessed more than a specific percentage of course materials (e.g., more than 20% of the content). If a student has accessed more than 20% of the course content, they will not be eligible for a refund, as the course will be considered fully consumed.

4.2 Technical Issues
If a student experiences technical difficulties accessing the online course and is unable to resolve the issue with support, the student must notify the center immediately. If the issue cannot be resolved, the student may be eligible for a refund, subject to approval by the center.

5. Special Circumstances

5.1 Medical Emergencies
In the case of medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances (e.g., serious illness, family emergencies), students may request a refund or defer their course enrollment. Requests for refunds in these cases will be considered on an individual basis and may require documentation, such as a medical certificate or other proof of the situation.

5.2 Extenuating Circumstances
Students facing extenuating circumstances (such as relocation, change in work commitments, etc.) may request a refund or deferment of their course enrollment. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and while the center may grant a refund, this will depend on the timing and nature of the request.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

NEW PRERNA COMPUTER EDUCATION & TRAINING CENTER reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students before the start of the course or at the earliest opportunity, and will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
