Refund Policy

Prerna Education, Roorkee follows a transparent and strict refund policy:

1. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. No refund will be provided after admission confirmation or course commencement.
3. Registration, admission, and examination fees are non-refundable.
4. Refunds are not applicable for missed classes or voluntary withdrawal.
5. In case a course is cancelled by the institute, refund (if any) will be decided by management.

The decision of Prerna Education management regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
